Purpose
Hold my Frame respects intellectual property rights and provides this page for copyright owners, authorized representatives, performers, agencies, production companies, brands and other rights holders who want to report content or request review.
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It describes how to notify us about allegedly infringing content and how we handle review, restriction, removal and restoration requests.
Third-Party Content
Hold my Frame is a professional visual reference and research platform. Film stills, previews, metadata and related materials shown through the Service may include third-party films, commercials, music videos, brands, trademarks, people, locations or other protected subject matter.
We do not claim ownership of third-party films, brands, trademarks, music, footage, logos or underlying works. All rights remain with their respective owners. Access through the Service does not grant users clearance to publish, reproduce, commercialize, distribute, modify, train on, or otherwise exploit third-party content outside the permitted reference workflow.

- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may remove, disable, hide, restrict, annotate or investigate the reported content. We may also contact the reporting party or the user who submitted the content for additional information.
Where appropriate, we act expeditiously after obtaining actual knowledge of illegal or infringing content. We may preserve limited records needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, audit trails or dispute handling.
Counter-Notice
If your User Content was removed or restricted and you believe this happened by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected].
Please include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a short explanation of why you believe the content was removed by mistake or why you have rights to use it, and any supporting documents or permissions. We may restore, keep restricted, or further review the material depending on the facts and applicable law.
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict upload or curation permissions, remove content, or take other appropriate action where users repeatedly submit infringing or unlawful material, abuse rights processes, or violate our Terms.
